Access & Facilities

Our premises are modern and purpose built. They are wheelchair accessible and include a toilet for people with disabilities and also a baby changing room and breast feeding room available. Our practice has facilities for patient who have hearing difficulties

URGENT PATIENT NOTICE - Post Coronavirus Advice

When visiting the surgery for any reason, please be aware that you must wear a face mask or face covering at all times.

To protect our patients and staff we would ask that you do not attend the surgery unless you have been advised by the practice.

Should you wish to speak to the reception staff we would kindly ask you to call on 020 8472 1600 as the staff are unable to deal with queries at the door.

Online Consultation

You can now consult with your GP Online. You will fill in a simple form and also find lots of information, advice and treatments. You can also get access to administrative advice without having to pick up the phone or even come in to the practice and avoid long waiting times on the telephone and beat the queues at the front desk.

You can send your form in at ANY time of the day, five days a week. Your form will then be dealt with by the most appropriate member of staff who will contact you via phone or text

We aim to respond within 48 hours Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. - or quicker if the request is assessed as urgent. Getting started is Easy! Simply click on the blue banner

Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine

We urge everyone eligible who has not yet had their first vaccine to book on the national booking system or call 119.

If you have had your first vaccine, please make sure you have your second vaccine to ensure maximum protection.

If you have specific concerns about taking the vaccine and would like to talk to a health professional please contact your GP.

Getting the help you need

Some consultations are over the phone and via video but we will assess your situation and invite you into the practice if needed.

We can arrange same-day appointments if you need urgent care but please don't visit without an appointment. Appointments will be held in the best way to keep you safe from Covid.

You can also contact 111, day or night, for other urgent health advice - including if you have concerns about your Covid-19 symptoms.

Please remember that 999 and A&E are for emergencies.
